摘要
报告用脑室腹腔引流水（V－P）治疗各型脑积水18例。文中对本组的手术方式、手术步骤、并发症及疗效进行了介绍。V－P与V－A（脑室心房引流术）比较，作者更偏爱于V－P。对V－P技术上的改进也进行了介绍。
In this paper we report that18 cases of different types of hyd rocephalus were treated by ventriculoperitonial shunt (VPS). Thetypes, procedure, postoperatiYecomplication and theraputic efficiency of this operation werediscussed. We suppose that VPSis better than Ventriculatrial shunt,Some improvements of operativetechni gue were alao discussed.
