摘要
本文介绍了显示火花塞炽热点火最新颖最灵敏的方法─—离子电流法及其机理,尽管要在示波器荧屏上同时显示离子电流讯号和电点火讯号是非常困难的,但本文对这种显示装置的线路在原理和设计上作了深入探讨,取得满意的解决方案,同时还给出了所检测的典型火花塞各种工况的波形图.该装置不仅是显示火花塞炽热点火的重要工具,更可为发动机的点火系统、供油系统和燃烧过程的监控、研究和自动控制提供一种有效的手段.
In this paper the newest and the most sensitive method-the ion current methodand it’s mechanism for showing the preignition of spark plugs is produced. Though it is verydifficult that the signals of ion current and electro-ignition are shown on the fluorescent screenof oscilloscope simultaneously,the principle and design of the circuit for the device to show thesesignals are deeply discussed and the satisfactory solutions are got.The oscillographs of everyworking states of typical spark plug are given.This device is not only a significant instrument for showing the preignition of spark plugs,but also an efficient unit for monitoring,researching and au tomatic controlling of the ignitionsystem,fuel system and combustion process of engines.
