摘要
本文用高温XRD研究了PZN-PT-BT系铁电陶瓷在相界附近化学反应过程及反应动力学,研究结果表明该系材料首先生成焦绿石相,提高烧洁温度和延长烧结时间,可形成钙钛矿结构,但仍有少量焦绿石相。
The high-temperature XRD analysis of PZN-PT-BT is presented in this paper。The chemistry reaction and reaction kinetics near by Morphotropic phase Boundary(MPB)ofPZN-PT-BT ferroelectric ceramic is discussed.The results show that the pyrochlore phase isformed at first,when temperature and time of calcine is increased,we can get perovskitestructure。But a little pyrochlore phase remain in this material。
