摘要
采用ＣＴ引导下经皮肾穿刺治疗１３例肾囊肿。结果表明：ＣＴ引导下比Ｂ超引导下行肾穿刺注射硬化剂治疗肾囊肿具有优越性。以本法定位具有对小囊肿穿刺成功率高、治愈率高、安全可靠、不易引起感染等优点。
The treatment of thirteen cases of nephrocytosis using transcutaneous intrarenalmethod under the monitoring of CT(Computerized Tomography)were investigated.The re-sults show that CT is superior to B type ultrasonography for the guidance to transcutaneousintrarenal injection therapy of sclerosing agert.This formula was more reliable and safe,which hold the higher rate of success in the localization of a tiny renal cyst,with higher cura-tive ratio and lower infectious incedence。
