摘要
报告对57例食道颈段及上胸段癌经食管床进行手术治疗.该术式在提高手术成功率、减轻胃体对心肺的压迫和理顺食物排空过程等方面显示出较好的临床效果.全胃经食管上行在充分切除病灶和恢复纵膈的解剖关系方面是有效的.
This paper reports the experience in the operative treatment of 57 cases with cacinomas in neck esophagus and upper thoracic segment esophagus by way of esophgus bed. This therapy showed good clinical effectiveness, such as the increase in the rate of surgical success,the decompression of heart and lungs caused by the stomach body and the normal e-vacuation of food. Raising the stomach up to the neck is effective in the total excision of focus and the restoration of the mediastinum to the normal anatomical position.
