摘要
通过对75例子宫肌瘤患者进行B超检查.观察并统计B超诊断子宫肌瘤的直接特征与间接征象.探讨子宫肌瘤声象图特征,并与手术.病理检查相对照,提出了鉴别诊断意见.本组子宫肌瘤B超诊断符合率为74.7%,为提高诊断子宫肌瘤的准确率提供了依据,丰富临床经验.
By means of B-ultrasound examinations and observations on 75 cases with hysteromyoma,we summed up the direct characteristics and indirect signs and symptoms of hysteromyoma,studied and discussed the features of their acoustic images. Having contrasted those with surgical operations and pathological examinations, we put forword the proposal about the differential diagnosis. The coincidence rate of B-ultrasound diagnosis of hysteromy-oma in this group was 74. 7% which serves as evidence for higher accuracy of the diagnosis of hysteromyoma and enriches the clinical experience.
