摘要
对海水型呼吸窘迫综合征(SW-RDS)免肺酶活性变化、肺磷脂和Ca^(2+)的分布及肺细胞膜损伤程度进行了分析研究.结果发现,SW-RDS模型组兔PaO_2进行性下降;肺毛细血管内皮细胞、肺泡Ⅰ、Ⅱ型上皮细胞在超微结构上有明显损伤现象,其胞质内及肺泡Ⅱ型上皮细胞线粒体和板层体内有许多镧颗粒分布.肺Ⅱ型细胞板层小体和肺泡上皮细胞表面的磷脂含量明显减少,而肺毛细血管腔内磷脂含量却增高,肺Ⅰ、Ⅱ型细胞及肺毛细血管内皮细胞内 Ca^(2+)沉淀产物明显增加;肺碱性磷酸酶、5’核苷酸酶、对-硝基苯磷酸酶和细胞色素氧化酶活性明显下降,而胞嘧啶单核苷酸酶活性明显增强.作者认为,上述异常变化是SW-RDS肺损伤发病机理中很值得注意的重要环节.
We studied the changes of enzymatic activities and distribution of phospho-lipid and calcium ions(Ca2+)of rabbit's lungs in respiratory distress syndrom induced by sea-water (SW-RDS). The cell membrane injuries of rabbit's lungs in SW-RDS were analysed and evaluated. The results were as follows:PaO2 in SW-RDS group decreased distinctly, A-aDO2 and Qs/Qt increased remarkably. The endothelium of capillaries in the lungs, pul-monary alveolar type I cell(PAC I)and type Ⅱ cell (PAC Ⅱ )were obviously injured. A lot of lanthanum granules were observed in their cytoplasm and in the mitochondria of PAC Ⅱ. The phospholipids distributed on the lamellar body of PAC Ⅱ and on the surface of pul-monary epithelium decreased. Whereas the phospholipids in cavum of capillary incrdased. The Ca2+ distributed in PAC I and PAC Ⅱ and in the endothelium of capillaries increased appar-ently. Enzymatic activities of alkaline phosphatase, 5'-nucleotidase, p-nitrophonyl phos-phatase and cytochrome oxidase decreased apparently, but cytidine monophospatase activity increased remarkably. The authors conclude that the above-mentioned abnormal changes may be the important point in the mechanism of injuries of lungs in SW-RDS.
