摘要
采用树酯铸型扫描电镜方法研究了4例成人肱二头肌微循环血管三维构筑,着重分析了其结构和功能单位特征.基本微循环结构和功能单位,是指横微动脉和其两则的横微静脉之间的微循环,长约900~1200μm.集合微循环单位,由许多基本单位构成.是以肌肉中央微动脉为中轴和其分支为分布范围的.肌内微动脉存在广泛的吻合,构成微动脉网络.肱二头肌毛细血管平均4.73±0.72μm,可区分为粗、中、细三类,分别占42.14%,38.93%,18.93%.
By means of the replica-scanning microscopic method,the tridimensional ar-chitecture of the microcirculational vessels of the lower part of 4 adult biceps was studied. The structure-functional unit of the microcirculation was intensively dealt with. The basic u-nit of the muscular microcirculation is a segmental constructure between 2 collecting venules, and is supplied by a terminal arteriole at the middle part of the unit. The unit is about 900~1200 μm long. The collecting unit consists of many basic units and is distributed in a central arteriole. There are extensive anastomoses of arteriolar branches in the muscle. The capillary of the muscle has an average diameter of about 4. 73±0. 72μm and may be divided into the thicker,middle and thinner ,42. 14% ,38. 93% , 18. 93% rsepectively.
