摘要
本文介绍我科应用手部微小岛状皮瓣，转移修复指端、指腹、指蹼及手掌部小范围皮肤缺损。并讨论了皮瓣的优缺点及手术适应证。
This paper described that seven kinds of microisland f lap in hand were used for repairing skin defects on finger tip,finger abdomen,finger web and palm. The advantage and disadvantage of these skin flaps and the indication of the operation were discussed.
