摘要
本文报告了１７５例（耳）慢性化脓性中耳炎患者术前的细菌培养结果。其中１５２例（８６．８６％）有细菌生长。共检出细菌３１种，１６０株。均做了临床常用的抗生素敏感试验。我们认为，多种致病菌感染及不合理应用抗生素是造成本病治疗困难的因素之一。评价了细菌培养和药物敏感试验在治疗本病中的作用和地位。
This paper reported the results of preoperative bacterial culture of 175 cases of otitis media suppurativa chronica 31 kinds of bacteria and 160 strains were found out in 152 cases and antibiotic sensitigation test was done,One of the causes for the treating difficulties is polyinfection and improperly applying antibiatics,The significance of the culture and test in treating the disease is evaluated.
