用Snellen 视力表所测视力是一个比较粗糙的视功能指标,它所测得的分辨力仅仅是高对比度的目标,但在生活中物体是有不同对比度及不同空间频率的。近年来用对比敏感度作临床检查已广泛引起人们的兴趣。
Thirty-eight(44 eyes)patients with central serous retinopathy weretested with the VCTS 6500 Chart.These patients showed a general re-duction in contrast sensitivity.The loss of contrast sensitivity wasmore prominent for high spatial frequencies than for low ones.Thenew VCTS 6500 Chart provides simple quick and accurate measurements of contrast sensitivity.
