摘要
介绍了一种结构简单、灵敏度高的摆式电容倾角传感器，由于敏感元件采用熔融石英玻璃材料制成，传感器具有很高的温度稳定性。文中给出了该传感器的设计和试验结果。
This paper presents a capacitivity pendulous inclination sensor which characterized by simple structure and high sensitivity.Because its sensitive element is made of fused quartz,this sensor has very high temperature stability. The paper gives the design and experiment result of the sensor.
