摘要
本文研究用振动的方法降低铸件床身残余应力，强化金属基体，以获得机加工后尺寸精度的稳定性。通过试验验证了一些与振动时效有关的多数的变化规律。
In the paper,in order to get the stability of prechsion sas, the method to cut downsaplus sttess of casting bedbody and strengthen base case after machine processing is dis-cussed.Through experiments the changing laws of some parameters relative to vibration oflimitation period are also testified.
