模糊综合评价关系矩阵的各组成元素均为模糊单值。转换向量型数据及精确统计数据是确定关系矩陈元素的两类特殊问题①。
The construct elements of the relation matrix of the fuzzy synthetic evaluation are the fuzzy single values. Transformations of the vector type data and the accurate statistical data are two kinds of special problems in defining the elements of the relation matrix.
