摘要
本文对我院住院治疗的51例外眼部感染患者中,出现4例颅内并发症的病例作了报道。例1 罗××女27岁住院号33118 入院前1个月,右眼患麦粒肿自行挤压,数天后发热,剧烈头痛,呕吐频繁,右眼球突出,视力剧降。于1982年9月14日以海绵窦炎、脑膜炎、脑干炎、眼眶蜂窝织炎住入神经内科。体检:体温38℃,脉搏92次/分,呼吸23次/分。
Four cases intracranial complication in fiftyone extraocular infe-ctions were reported.The anatomy and the etiology of this disease wereresearched.As for the sreatment,our views were held in this paper。
