摘要
采用边界元法与罚函数优化方法相结合,研究了承受拉、压交变载荷的发动机连杆的形状优化.文章分别以连杆应力集中区各点应力幅值最小为目标,以结构重量不超过原结构重量为约束条件.以及以结构重量极小为目标,要求各点应力幅值不超过某数值进行连杆优化。计算结果表明,两个方案的效果是相同的.其最优形状与原连杆形状相比作了重大改进,在重量不变的情况下。
The shape optimization of engine connecting rod under periodical tension and compression force, with boundary method combined with punishing function optimal method,is studied in this paper. Our objective is to minimize the stress amplitude in the stress concentration area and constrain the weight to be less than its original value. The contrary caseis also discussed, that is we minimize the weight with the stress constraint. The results showthat both cases are almost the same. The optimal shape is quite different from the originalshape of connecting rod. After optimization, weight being unchanged, maximum periodicalstress amplitude can be reduced by 17%.
