苹果属植物对苹果褪绿叶斑病毒病的抗性 被引量:3

摘要 毒原P204双芽嫁接接种苹果褪绿叶斑病毒(Apple Chlortic Leaf Spot Virus),对所用试材都能进行有效浸染.试验表明,苹果属植物受CLSV浸染后,过氧化物酶活性及同工酶都产生显著变化,并且相对酶活性的大小及同工酶的变化与植株对CLSV抗性的强弱显著相关;受侵染后新酶带的出现不是新酶成分的产生,只是由于病毒的侵染诱发酶蛋白的提前合成.试验初步发现所用试材中河南海棠、丽江山定子、小金海棠抗性相对较强;垂丝海棠、锡金海棠抗性较弱;扁果海棠、森林苹果R12740—7A、湖北海棠、三叶海棠则甚敏感. Ten Malus species were infected by Apple chlorotic leaf spot virus through donor P204. This paper put foward that the changes of peroxidase activity and isoproxidase after CLSV infection can be adopted as a biochemical index in the research on resistance against CLSV. In resistant Malus honanensis and tolerant M. rockii and M. xiaoginensts, the activity of perxidase increased greatly after infection and reached a maximum after 12 to 17 days following grafting inoculation on with CLSV, and additional isoperxidase bands appeared in the infected plants, after 17 days of infection when compared with healthy plants. In relative susceptible M. sikkimensis, M holliana, M. hupenensis as well as M. Sieboldii, the activity of peroxidase reached a maximum 22 to 27 days after infection and additional isoperoxidase bands appeared in the case of CLSV infected plants in comparison with the healthy plants. However, In M. platycarpa and R12740-7A as susceptible species to CLSV activity of peroxidase reached a maximum 27 days after infection, and additional isoperoxidase bands did not appear until 32 days following inoculation with CLSV. The methods in this test are also effective for the checking new indicator plants for CLSV in Malus species.
