摘要
本文介绍７例腰部小切口肾上腺切除术，手术后无任何并发症。我们认为这种手术方法简单、安全，切开与缝合容易和迅速，并发症少，优于其它切口。本文还对腰部小切口肾上腺切除术的操作方法、适应证和禁忌证作了讨论。
Adrenalectomy with lumbar small incision was introduced in 7 patients.This method was simple and safe without any serious colnplication. The incision and suture was easier and quicker, with less complication, apparently better than any other ihcisions.The operational procedure, indication and contraindication of adrenalectomy with lumbar small incision were discussed.
