飞行事故调查是飞行安全工作的一个重要方面。现代飞行安全系统的工作包括“事故前预防”和“事故后预防”两部分。 “事故前预防”是应用现代科学技术监控和分析各种不安全因素(事故征候、故障、人素问题等),及时采取预防措施,将这些隐患在发展成飞行事故之前就消灭掉。80年代以来,这方面的工作正在迅速开展,将来可能占据更加重要的位置。 “事故后预防”是指飞行事故调查,即通过调查飞行事故,查明事故原因,采取预防措施,防止同类事故的再次发生。60年代后。
According to the special features of aircraft accident investigation and the historical experiences of various developed countries, an independent government organization, which is going to in charge of aircraft accident investigation, must be established. In the article, this problem is discussed. Meanwhile, the author puts forward his suggestion about China ' s aircraft accident investigation development .
