甘蓝型油菜制种和昆虫传粉研究 被引量:6

摘要 甘蓝型油菜制种采用4:26父、母本行区比,旨在研究其适宜行区比的配制和昆虫传粉分配。结果表明:父、母本之间每角粒数和千粒重没有显著差异;产量与结实率之间呈极显著正相关,与籽粒含水量呈极显著负相关;母本行区籽粒产量随距离父本行区的近远而呈梯度下降,母本第1至第7行区平均产量为父本行区的91.3%,籽粒含水量为9.4%。因此,父、母本行区比以4:14(即4:2×7)较为适宜。父本行区采花昆虫数高于母本行区。 A band ratio between male and female was used in reproduction of hybrid seed of Brassicanapus L, to study suitable band ratio between the parents and the distribution of pollinating irncects.The results showed that the number of seed per pod and the weight of 1000-grain were not signi-ficantly positive correlation between the yield and setting percentage and a significantly nagetivecorrelation between the yield and seed moisture content.The seed yield in female band wasdescreased with the incrcasirg of the distent from male band,The average yield in female bandsfrom the first to the seventh and seed moisture content were 91.4%and 9.4%of that of male bandsrespectively.Thus the property ratio between male and female was 4:14(4:2×7).The numberof pollinating insect in male bard was higher than that in female barn
