摘要
自贵州省７个养鸡场采集血清样本２４５份，以血凝抑制试验检测了产蛋鸡群的ＥＤＳ血清抗体水平。结果表明，在临床健康的产蛋鸡群中，ＥＤＳ血清抗体的阳性率仅为１．２％，阳性血清的ＨＩ效价为１：１６；而在出现产蛋下降等症状的鸡群中，ＥＤＳ血清抗体的阳性率为８０％～９５．９％，多数血清的ＨＩ效价为１：６４～１：５１２，最高达１：４０９６。
serum samples of laying hens were collected from 7 poultry farms in Guizhou province and the antibody to Egg Drop Syndrome had been detected by hemo一imhibitory agglutination test.The results showed that the positive rate of EDS antibody only accounted for 1.2%and the HI titers of positive sera were 1: 16 in chickens without symptoms clinically. On the contrary,the positive rate of EDS antibody accounted for 80- 95. 9%,the HI titers of most sera were 1:64～1: 512 and the maximum reached 1 :4 0 96 in chickens with symptoms clinically.
