摘要
以贵农1号刺梨为材料,研究了果实在生长发育期间的Ca、Mg、Fe、Mn、Zn、Cu元素的含量变化。结果表明:果实中Ca、Mg、Mn、Zn、Cu元素的浓度,从座果至采收都表现为降低趋势,在幼果期浓度高。Fe的浓度变化很大,在幼果和成熟果中最高。整个生长发育期间,刺梨单果中Ca、Mg、Fe、Mn、Zn、Cu元素总的表现出增加趋势。单果元素含量增长速率反映出:7月中旬前大部份Ca素已进入果实,而大部份Fe素则在7月中旬之后进入果实,果实中的Ca、Fe、Mn、Zn、Cu元素可能会向树体倒流或从果肉中进入种子。
The variation of Ca .Mg.Fe .Mn .Zn.Cu .content in the fruits of Guinong No. 1 cili (Rosa roxburghii Tratt )were investigated during the development. The results showed that the concentration of Ca .Mg .Mn .Zn.Cu in the fruits manifested a decreasing tendency from setting fruit to harvesting and that the concentration of elements were high in young fruits. The variation of the concentration of Fe was very remarkable.The concentration of Fe was the highest in young and ripe fruits. The content of Ca .Mg.Mn.Fe.Zn.Cu Per fruit showed an increasing tendency during fruits development. The rate of increase of element content per fruit showed that majority of Ca had entered the fruits before middle of July, but the majority of Fe entered the fruits after middle of Jully. It was possible that Ca .Fe .Mn .Zn .Cu moved from the fruits into the other parts of the trees or from the fruit flesh into seeds.
