青岩油杉叶片解剖、光合特性及过氧化物酶同工酶研究 被引量:1

摘要 青岩油杉(Keteleeria davidiana var.chien—Peii)为贵州特有珍稀树种,本文报道其叶片解剖特征、光合生理特性及过氧化物酶同工酶谱带。 Keteleeria davidiana var. chien-peii is a rare and endemic plant in Guizhou. It's leaf anatomical properties,photosynthetic properties and the peroxidase isocnzyme (POX) pedigree are studied. The leaves are ensiform shape ana 2.80-6.00 cm long. The single vein is located on the centre of leaf and parallel to the long phyllopodium. The lower epidermis has a stomatic band with width of 60-220μm by both sides of vein,while upper epidermis has not. Density of stoma is 62-98mm-2. The diameter of stoma is 28-30μm. There is a region with width of 200-300μm by the leaf margin bilaterally symmetrically without stoma. The upper epidermis cells consist of 3-4 layer in the leaf's centre,the vein and in the leaf margin,otherwhere and all the lower epidermis cells consist of only one layer. The palisade cells and spongy cells consist of 1-3,4-6 layer under the upper epidermis,respectively,both cells are long and narrow,arrange closely and contain choroplast. The xylems arc upper in veins and the phloems lower. The xylems contains 1-3 layer of cambium paralleling to the leafs suface. There are 2-4 cirdes of parenchyma cells out of the vascular bundle,not containing chloroplast. The curve of light-photosynthesis is parabola in spring. Thelight compcnsationand saturation point is 1,000-1,500 Lx,30,000-40,000 Lx,respectively. Pn,Pr and Dr is 4.65-5.87 mgCO2dm-2h-1,2.02-2.61mgCO2dm-2h-1,1.55-1.78 mgCO2dm-2h-1,respectively. In winter,it's POX=8;and one of the POX is the same as that in Cedrus deodare Chun et Kuang and Piuns massoniana Lamb.
