摘要
本文报道了浙江二种鸭跖草属植物──饭包草ＣｏｍｍｅｌｉｎａｂｅｎｇａｌｅｎｓｉｓＬ．和鸭跖草ＣｏｍｍｅｌｉｎａｃｏｍｍｕｎｉｓＬ．的染色体数目与核型：ＣｏｍｍｅｌｉｎａｂｅｎｇａｌｅｎｓｉｓＬ．核型为Ｋ（２ｎ）＝２２＝１８ｍ＋４ｓｍＣｏｍｍｅｌｉｎａｃｏｍｍｕｎｉｓＬ．
This paper deals with the karyotype analysis of 2 species of Commelina ─ C. bengalensis L. and C. communis L. from Zhejiang. The number of chromosomes in roottip cell of the two species are both found to be 2n=22; and their karyotypic formulas are presented as follow: C. bengalensis L., K(2n)=22=18m+4sm and C. communis L., K(2n)=4M+12m+4sm+1st.
