摘要
米面翁(BuckleyalanceolataMiq.)果实含油33.4%。经气相色谱分析.油中常见脂肪酸为棕榈酸2.6%,硬脂酸1.3%,棕榈油酸0.5%,油酸38.7%,亚油酸1.6%,亚麻酸7.9%;尚有3个不常见脂肪酸,通过分离和紫外光谱、红外光谱、核磁共振、色谱-质谱方法鉴定,以及臭氧化法证实油中含十八碳烯-反11-二块-7,9-酸.含量为39.4%,在植物中首次发现。另外两个未鉴定酸,含量分别为3.8%和4.2%。
The fruit of Buckleya lonceolata Miq.(Santalaceae)has a oil content of 33.4%. Analysed with GC, the common fatty acids of the oil are palmitic acid 2.6%,stearic acid.1.3%,palmitoleic acid 0.5%,oleic acid 38.7%,Iinoleic acid 1.6% and lindenic acid 7.9%.Three unusual fatty acals are also separated. One Of them with a content of 39.4% is identified as trans-11-octadecen-7, 9-diynoic acid by means Of UV,IR,NMR,GC/MS and chemical reaction.It is found for the first time in plants.Contents of the unidentified acals are 3.8% and 4.2%.
