摘要
利用ＥＨＴ近似下紧束缚方法讨论了有机超导体（ＴＭＴＳＦ）２Ｘ，β－（ＥＴ）２Ｘ能带结构与导电性及超导性的关系．结果表明：有机超导体的能带宽度对电导率有很大影响，能带梯度较小有利提高电导率，同时能带宽度对ＴＣ影响甚大。
Bymeans of EHT the tight binding method.The relations between energy band structures and conductivity and superconductivity of organictors(TMTSF)2X and β-(ET)2X is discussed、 The results show that small band grade is helpful to increaseelectronic conductivity and a narrow band is disadvantageous to raise Tc.
