摘要
本文基于磨削用量为随机因素,探讨了磨剂用量最佳值的自适应控制算法,建立了广义用量优化的目标函数(泛函)及在约束条件下的用量分析,并以{Py(y,C}为监控对象,确立了磨削用量最佳化的自适应控制的求解公式,最终应用于磨削工序获得了满意结果。
With the grinding capacity being regarded as a random parameter,the analytic calculation method of self-adaptable control grinding with optimum capacity is studied,an objective function with an optimum generalized capacity is established,and the grinding capacityunder constraint condition is analysed. Using {Py(Py)c} as the controlled object,the calculation formula to the self-adaptable control grinding with optimum capacity is set up. Its application in grinding process is satisfactory.
