摘要
论述日光灯源是在Ｍｉｃｈｅｌｓｏｎ干涉仪中调节Ｍ１与Ｍ＇２交线位置的理想光源，分析了日光灯话线的特点，最后还给出了操作方法及应用实例。
his paper describes that fluorescent lamp source is a desirable light source for adjusting the Michelson interferometer to the state of the Film Thickness equal to zero and it also analyses the characteristic of fluorescent lamp spectrum. In addition, the paper shows the ways of operating and a practical example.
