摘要
用ＰＣＲ－单链构象多态分析法对９例ＨＬＡ－ＤＲ血清学特异性不同的血痕样本作ＨＬＡ－ＤＲＢ基因分析，结果显示各个样品均具独特的电泳图型。对ＤＲ血清学特异性一定的样品，电泳图型具有良好的重复性。
Nine bloodstain samples known HLA-DR serological specificity were analyzed by PCR-SSCP(single strand conformation polymorphism). The results showed that all samples had specific electrophoretic pattern. For a given specificity of DR, the electrophorettic pattern was able to be repeated well.
