摘要
本文介绍应用微机控制瓦楞纸板生产线与横切装置的高精度恒速比控制系统.并对该系统进行了理论分析,从瓦楞纸板生产线与横切装置上出现的很大交变的负载情况下,均可保证严格的高精度恒速比的准确性.其控制精度达到±0.1%,定长剪切精度保证在±2mm.并有效地提高了瓦楞纸板生产线与横切装置的自动化程度。
This paper presents the high accurate constant speed ratio control system with microcomputer for the corrugated paper board production line and its cutter. This paperhas a theoretic analysis on the system. The high accurate constant speed ratio can b.e ensured wherever the large alternate torque is exerted on the system. The following performance index has been achieved: the control accuracy is 10. 1 %,the cutting length error<±2mm and the automation is carries out effectively on the production line.
