摘要
介绍了一种在自准显微镜上测量透镜在面参数的新方法。可对三种表面参数进行测量，即曲率半径、中心厚度和偏心差。测量系统由自准球径仪稍加改进就行了，测量方法简使易行，适用于光学车间检验，具有一定的实用价值。
A new method of mcasuring lens surface peameters with a selfaligning micraseope is introduced. The radius of curvature,centre thickness,and centering error of a lens can be meased by this method. The measuring system is batal on a imptoved self-aligning spherometer. The method is simple and sultable for optital workshop testing.
