摘要
本文提出了用于SCP生产的气提式环流发酵罐在基质限制生长范围内培养菌体的数学模型,并对该模型进行了具体的计算工作,通过对计算结果的分析,提出了发酵罐的最佳设计方法。
In this paper, it is presented that the mathematical model of air-lift fermenters for SCP Production in the substrate limited growth range. The Calculations of the model are done. According to analyses of the calculation results, the optimum design mothed of the fermenters is developed.
