摘要
本文在提出开展“组织光学”研究的重要性之后给出了描述生物组织光学特性的各项参数，同时简要地介绍了光在组织中传输的理论模型，并评述了当前该领域的主要研究内容。
The importance of a research for TISSUE OPTICS is presented in this paper. The parameters on discribing optical properties of biotissue are given and the theoretical models of light propagation in tissue are briefly overviewed.In current,the main research contents in this field are slso stated.
