摘要
本文讨论了相移逻辑云纹法用于位移场、应变场测量时的原理，把它用于细观力学问题研究可得到１５×１５μｍ２微区内的应变分布，实验表明，此方法可快速全自动得到结果．
The paper discusses the principle, error, advantage and limits of phase shifting and logical moire (PSALM) used in displacemaent and strain field. When used in analyazing a specimen with 1000 l/mm grating, the strain distribution in a 15× 15μm2 micro-area can be fast and automatically obtained. It is a good instrument for the study of mesomechanics.
