含随机分布微裂纹的相变颗粒增韧陶瓷材料的强度和刚度预报 被引量:2

STIFFNESS AND STRENGTH OF PHASE TRANSFORMATION CERAMICS CONTAINING MISORIENTED MICROCRACKS

摘要 本文针对相交颗粒增韧陶瓷基复合材料中存在大量微裂的现象.分析了微裂纹产生的原因,利用作者改进的等效夹杂理沦,研究了相交陶瓷中微裂纹对材料强度与刚度的影响,通过与Al2O3/ZrO2陶瓷的三点弯曲实验结果的比较表明,理论与实验结果十分接近,说明本文理论模型是合理的,同时也证明了微裂纹对相交陶瓷材料的重要影响. The microcracks have large influence on the behaviours of phase transformation ceramics In this peper. the cause of microcracking is interepted and the interaction between transformation particles and microcracks is accounted for estimating the stiffness and strength by using the modified equivalent inclusion method proposed by the authors. The three point bend experiments on Al2O3/ZrO2 ceramics are done. The comperision between the theoretical and tested tesults confirms the rationality of the analytical model in this paper and also shows the important role of microcracks.
