摘要
本文报告了某锡冶炼厂的劳动卫生和锡尘肺的发病情况，并对１１７例锡尘肺的临床表现、胸部Ｘ线征、转归与自净进行了分析讨论。初步认为锡尘肺是一种不致肺部纤维化的金属尘肺。它的主要特点是独特的胸部Ｘ线表现，轻微的临床症状，对肺功能影响甚小，其胸部Ｘ线类圆影可以通过“自净”逆转。预后良好。
The working condition and incidence of stannosis of a tin smelting plant were reported.Clinical symptoms,radiographic features and self-clearance of 117 cases of stannosis were discussed.It was believed that stannosis is a non-fibrogenic metal dust pneumoconiosis. Its primary features are special X-ray appearance, slight clinical symptoms, little influence on lung functions and the round profusion in chest radiograph could be reversed by self-clearance with favourable prognosis.
