摘要
进行了ＭＴＢＥ裂解制异丁烯催化剂的试生产和寿命试验．在国内首套异丁烯工业装置（醚解法）上的应用证明其性能优异，转化率≥９０％，异丁烯选择性近１００％，甲醇选择性≥９８％，运行一年后温升仅７℃，仍处于初期反应温度阶段，稳定性良好．
Trial production of a new MTBE cracking catalyst for isobutylene was carried out and its lifetime tested. Excellent performance was shown by industric application in the first plant in China for isobutylene from MTBE cracking. with conversion of more than 90%.selectivity to isobutylene of nearly 100% and seleCtivity to methanol of over 98%.Good stability was also shown,with reaction temperature increasing by only 7℃ after one year of operation, which was still in the initial stage of the reaction temperature raage.
