摘要
1994年一季度作者对日本的下水道工程建设、污水及污泥处理技术进行了为期半月的考察.本文以森崎污水处理中心和吉祥院污水处理厂为例,重点介绍了双层沉淀池、深层曝气池、臭气处置.纯氧曝气设备、纯氧发生设备和液氧储罐等污水处理技术,以及将污水处理设施上部全部绿化或建成运动、游乐或休息场所的新思路.
A half month investigation was made by the author on sewer construction and wastewater and sludge treatment in Japan in the first quarter of 1994. Taking Morisaki and Kisshoin wastewater treatment plants as examples, new technology of wastewater treatment such as double-deck sedimentation tank, deep aeration tank, odour disposal, pure-oxygen aeration apparatus, pure-oxygen generator and liquid oxygen vessel and also new ideas including that the overall surface of the wastewater treatment plant is built into green area to stadium, amusement park or resting place.
