摘要
随着工农业生产的高速发展和人民生活水平的提高,近年来人们日益趋于向讲究卫生营养、抗病、防病的方向发展,抗霉多维素的研究即针对此一目的。它可广泛用于食品、化妆品等卫生保健用品的添加剂中,起到抗癌、抗衰老、保缝等有益无害的作用。特别对缺少维生素摄取的地区或季节,可以起到正常补充作用。本文根据有关食品资料报导,配制两种抗霉制剂(水溶性的和油溶性的)。并对多种食品(点心、蛋糕、面酱、酱油、食醋、腌菜等)和培养基的防霉、抑菌作用进行了研究,实验采用了先对抗霉、抑菌效果进行实验,并试制了抗霉多维酱油。
