摘要
在槽径分别为Φ0.287m、Φ0.495m、Φ1.100m三个几何相似的搅拌槽内,采用双电导探针法测定了搅拌槽内上、下循环区及叶轮区的气泡尺寸分布,研究了单位液体体积搅拌功率、表现气速及搅拌槽放大过程对气泡尺寸的影响规律以及气泡尺寸的空间分布规律,并得到了相应的经验关联式,为气-液搅拌槽的设计放大提供参考。
All experiments were carried out in geometrically similar vessels with diameters of 0. 287m,0. 495m and 1. 100m respectively. Bubble size distributions were measured by a dual electric conductivity probe in upper,lower circulation regions and impeller region in the tanks. The distributions of local bubble size in the tanks have been studied,and a better understanding of the mechanism of gas-liquid dispersion process is given. The effects of operationg conditions(such as agitated power consumption per unit liquid volume and gas superficial velocity) and the scale of the vessels on the bubble size have been studied,and the correlation equations for the bubble size in the upper and impeller regions were proposed. The scale-up rule of gas-liquid stirred vessels was dicussed,then some proper scale-up methods were proposed. The experimental results are of value in the design and scale-up of aerated stirred vessels.
