摘要
采用脉冲示踪法对物料在多级搅动床（ＳＴＢ）冷模实验装置中的平均停留时间和混合均匀性进行了研究。考察了搅动气体流速、物流通量及塔板构件等因素的影响规律。研究表明，多级流化移动床模型可以较好地描述ＳＴＢ床内物料流动的特性。
Average residence time and mixing uniformity of particles have been investigated with pulse trace method in the experimental staged turbulent bed(STB) device. Effects of turbulent gas velocity, particle flux and baffles on them were examined. The results showed that the model of staged fluidized moving bed may reasonablly describe the characteristics of particle hydrodynaming in the STB.
