摘要
本文采用试验方法研究复合倾斜式涡轮导向叶片的内换热特性。针对有无扰流柱、有无气膜孔以及三种不同直径的节流孔的模型进行了试验研究,获得了扰流柱、气膜孔以及180°弯的节流板孔径的变化对其内换热特性的影响,并得到了一些换热准则方程,从而获得了加强叶片内部换热的方法。
This paper deals with the characteristics of heat transfer in the complex leaning turbine blade. There are two test models in the experimentation. One is empty inner chanel of blade. The other has a 180° bending plate and three hole-plates with three diameter in the blade to control the cooling air flow. Meanwhile there are film-cooling in the leading edge and pin fin in the tail region. A series of non-dimension equations of heat transfer are obtained through the experiment and the collection. Therefore it is known how to increase the heat transfer in the chanel of blade and how to get the homogenous temperature field of the blade-wall.
