摘要
本文提出了用竖炉进行粒化生铁脱碳的方法生产低碳粒铁,以解决我国废钢短缺的问题。作者采用可连续给排料的小竖炉(φ=80mm),模拟了竖炉粒铁脱碳的过程。实验结果表明,竖炉粒化生铁脱碳方法是可行的,只要气氛中的氧含量控制在3%以下,脱碳过程可以顺利进行,在适宜的温度和粒度范围内,3~5h内可将粒铁中碳脱至1%以下。通过对实验数据的回归处理,得出了脱碳速率与温度和粒度的关系式。本文还讨论了竖炉粒铁脱碳工艺的主要操作参数。
A method was put forward in the paper.The grained pig iron with lowcarbon content is produced through the decarbonisation of grained pig iron in a shaftto relax the scrap shortage on the home market.The authors simulated the process ofdecarbonisation of grained iron in a shaft with a resistance furnace(φ=80 mm) withacontinual feeder and discharger.The experimental results indicate that the methodis feasible,the decarbonisation process can smoothly perform at the oxygen contentin the gas under 3%,the carbon content in the grained iron can be decarbonised tolower than l%within 3~5 h at a suitable temperature and size of grained iron, Theformula of the relationship of decarbonisation rate with temperature and size ofgrained iron was obtained through the regression of the experimental data, The mainprocess parameters of decarbonisation of grained iron were discussed.
