摘要
以收集普钢系列和低合金钢系列板材为研究对象,以其大量的生产检验数据为根据,找出了化学成分、钢板厚度对钢板机械性能影响的相关关系表达式,进而研究了钢板厚度和化学成分对显微组织、力学性能和对非金属夹杂物形态、尺寸、尺寸分布、延性的影响。
Relational expression concerning the effect of chemical composition and plate thickness on the mechanical properties of steel plates is established on the basis of extensive collection of inspection and testing datum of conventional steel series and low alloying steel series in preduction.Consequently impact of chemical composition and plate thickness on micro structure and d mechanical properties of steel as well as shape,size,distribution and elongation of non-metal inclusions is investigated.
