摘要
研究了在电石粉中加入部分辅助反应剂后，得到的复合脱硫剂及它在喷吹法铁水脱硫生产中的应用情况。试验认为，铁水脱硫效率达到了纯电石粉的脱硫效果。实际生产结果表明：在铁水平均硫含量为０．０７１％，脱硫剂平均消耗为８．０８ｋｇ／ｔＦｅ情况下，平均铁水脱硫效率为９０．４５％；脱硫后铁水含硫量平均为０．００６５％，铁水平均温度损失为１９℃。达到了搅拌法的脱硫水平。
A complex desulfurizer and its application to the desulfurization of hot metal by pneu-matic injection were discussed. Using CaC_2 mixed with the supplemental reactants, the rate of desulfurization was the same as that of pure CaC_2.Operational results show that the average desul-furization rate was 90.45%,the average final S content in the hot metal 0. 0065%and the average temperature loss of hot metal 19℃, while the average initial S content in the hot metal was 0. 071% and the average desulfurizer consumption 8.08kg/tFe. The effect of desulfurization was the same as the level of KR process.
