摘要
鞍钢２号高炉经一年多富氧喷吹烟煤优化冶炼试验，提高了原燃料质量，优化喷煤工艺、设备、喷煤品种和操作手段，取得显著效果。高炉连续半年以上富氧２４．７１％，１００％喷吹烟煤１６１ｋｇ／ｔ，煤焦置换比０．８８．掌握了富氧喷吹烟煤的冶炼特征和操作规律，并转入大工业生产。
AbstractA remarkable result has been reached through more than one year, S test for the optimization of No. 2BF operation on oxy-enriched blast and pulverized bitumenite injeetion at ASISC:the gu-lities of raw materials and fuels are improved,the technology,equipment,coal variety and operation measure are optimized.The BF has operated continuously on 24.7% O_2 content in blast and 161 kg/tpulverized bitumente with 0.88 coke/coal replacement within more than six months.The smeltiing characteristics andoperation rules have been lnastered,the BF has bcei1 transfered to the industrial production with this new technique.
