摘要
用φ300mm轧机轧制基板厚度2.5~7.0mm、筋高1.5~3.0mm的纵凸筋钢板,得到筋底压下率、坯料和基板厚度、b_0/b_1对筋高、轧制力、力矩等的影响规律,以及筋高沿宽向的分布规律等。在压下率相同时,纵凸筋钢板的轧制力低于平板的轧制力。
AbstractThe 2.5~7.0mm thick strip steel with 1.5~3.0 mm height longitudinal ribs is produc ed by φ300 mm mill,The effecf of reduction,thickness of raw strip and finished strip and b_0/b_1 on the height of ribs,rolling force and,torque have been investigated and the distribution of height of ribs along with the width of strip is obtained as well.It is found that the rolling force for strip with ribs is lower than that of the general strip when the reduction is equal.
