摘要
结合压力容器无损探伤的生产实际和特殊要求,在对X射线探伤的有关知识及专家经验进行广泛收集整理和规范化处理的基础上,研究设计出压力容器焊缝X射线探伤专家系统XIS.此系统采用多级模块化结构,用TurboProlog语言编程,可在IBM及其兼容机上运行;并采用了产生式规则和谓词逻辑及图形相结合的知识表达方式和深度优先、目标驱动的搜索推理技术。应用该系统,可指导正确选择探伤器材和探伤方式,制订合理的工艺规范参数,识别评定缺陷级别并给出探伤结果。
According to the practical production conditions and special requirements of pressure vessel nodistructive testing and based upon the collection and formal processing of knowledge and expert experience concerned with the X-ray flaw detection,a expert system(XIS)for X-ray flaw detection of pressure vessel welds is developed.The system adopts multi-modules structure and the software is programmed by the Turbo Prolog language,which can run on an IBM or its compatible personal computer. The production rules com.bined with predicate logics and graphs frame are used as the formalisms of knowledge repre-sentation,while the depth-prefered and object-driven techniques are utilized for making the inference engine. This system can offer intelligent advice and judgement about the whole in-specting process of X-ray testing,e.g. the selection of testing instruments,the materials,operating methods,the selection of appropriate process parameters,and the assessment of defects as well as provide the comprehensive results.
