摘要
黄河流域水资源供需矛盾日趋尖锐，本文围绕水资源最优利用问题，对黄河流域水资源配置原则，农业水资源在地区之间、作物之间以及作物不同生育阶段之间的合理配置进行了分析、探讨。
Water is a limiting rcsource of agricultural production in the Yellow River basin. Asthe agricultural and industrial demands for water continues to grow,the efficient usce ofavailable water stipplics becomes more imperative. Bascd on“Agricultural ProductionFunctions in Yellow Rivcr Basin”.This paper not only discusses the principles of allocatingwater rcsource,but also workes out the rational disposition programme of agricultural wa-ter resource for arcas,for kinds of crops and for crop growth pcriods。
