摘要
本文提出了圆磨齿轮滚刀的优化造形法.该方法使圆磨滚刀的造形精度得到明显提高。改变了造形误差随滚刀模数、前角和螺旋升角的传统变化关系。为发展大模数、正前角、多头和小直径精切圆磨齿轮滚刀奠定了理论基础。
In this paper,a method of optimum profile design of cylindrical grinding gear hob is given.The method enables the profile design accuracy of cylindrical grinding gear hobs to develop greatly, changes the traditional change relations of profile design error with modulus, rake angle and lead angle of helix laying a theory foundation for the development of cylindrical grinding gear hobs with great modulus, positive rake angle, multiple heads and small diameter.
